Sales Service:

Providing technical documentation and coordinating customer engineering progress in parallel with equipment manufacturing; meticulously crafted with technological empowerment, efficiently delivering production lines to our customers.

After-sale Service:

(1)  We will dispatch our technicians to the site as required by customer to provide guidance for installation and commissioning until delivery.

 

(2)  Providing operation and maintenance skill trainings for client's operator.

 

(3)  Supply high quality equipment-related spare parts with FACTORY DIRECT PRICE.

 

(4)  Within one year after product's delivery, any damage caused by inherent defects of the equipment shall be repaired free of charge.Malfunctions resulting from improper operation will incur cost-based service charges. We implement a 48-hour service commitment: responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours upon receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our technicians will arrive at the customer’s site within the following 24 hours to resolve the problem.
