Automatic Bag Placer

The task of an automatic bag placer is to automatically position open-mouth bags onto the bag clamping area at the filling spout of a packaging machine. During operation, the LianTuo Huake automatic bag placer first picks up a bag by suction, opens the bag mouth, and places it onto the filling spout of the packaging machine for filling. After filling, it transfers the filled bag to the sealing equipment in a continuous sequence. It is extensively used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, feed, and grain. The machine typically handles bag sizes from 10 kg to 50 kg, with a maximum output of up to 1,200 bags per hour.
