This system is a typical fully automatic packaging and palletizing line. With a total throughput of 15–25 tons per hour, it requires only two operators: one operator attends to the packaging machine by loading stacks of empty bags, while the other drives a forklift to place empty pallets into the pallet magazine and transfer the finished palletized stacks to the warehouse.
The system consists of an automatic valve bag placing and filling machine (with bag magazine), an operating platform, a bag discharge conveyor, a bag shaping conveyor, a heat sealing or labeling sealing machine, an automatic inkjet coder, a high-level palletizer or robotic palletizing system, and an in-line automatic stretch wrapper, among other components.
